T&R Bulletin 3-37: Design Guide for Shipboard Airborne Noise Control (2018) R2

After discussing noise criteria, an outline of a shipboard noise control plan is given to assist the designer in formulating approaches to meet the criteria. Guidelines on acoustical design practices are then given.  A majority of the guide deals with noise prediction procedures using a source - path ­receiver approach. Information on noise control treatments is given.
