The SNAME Mentoring Program connects students, early‑career professionals, and seasoned experts across Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering (NAME), Offshore Engineering, and related fields. Whether you’re looking for professional guidance or hoping to share your experience, this program is built to support meaningful, career-changing relationships.

Program Timeline
- Applications Open: 15 January – 28 February
- Mentor/Mentee Pairings Announced: 12 March
- Pairings are matched based on mentee goals and mentor experience
- Program Kickoff (Virtual): 19 March
- Overview of structure, expectations, and goals
- Meetings: Mentor–mentee pairs should meet at least once every two weeks
- Check-Ins: Short feedback surveys sent every other month
- Program Close: 15 November
Limited Availability: Only 5–10 pairings will be selected for this cohort.
** SNAME Membership is required for all mentors and mentees.
