Mentors help shape the next generation of professionals by sharing knowledge, offering perspective, and fostering confidence in future leaders.

Testimonial from the 2025 Cohort

“I couldn't have asked for a better match through SNAME's mentoring program. My mentor guided me through some tricky work situations while also connecting on their passions outside the office, showing me how they can fuel what we do inside it. It was exactly the kind of well-rounded mentorship I needed.”
