Required Information for Receiving SNAME Scholarship Awards

Submit the following information to memberservices@sname.org by 14 August 2026.

1. Written acceptance of this scholarship

2. Confirmation of: 

• Program title and university attending
• Your name as it is to be listed for publication purposes
• Primary email and postal address
• Primary telephone number
• Your SNAME professional section so that we can notify section officers about your accomplishment
• Any other scholarship funds received or that will be received for the 2026-2027 academic year
• Your school or advisor’s contact information to confirm that your program is proceeding

4. For U.S. citizens or U.S. Resident Aliens: Completed W9 form.

5. Bank account details:
