The panel which is in the process of being reconstituting itself has involved itself in a new project. The objective of the project is to update Bulletin 4-7 – Thermal Insulation Report which was originally published in 1963 under the auspices of Panel O-28 (Ship’s Material) which is now defunct. In the current project we are fortunate to be collaborating with PCI providers of thermal insulation systems for marine (and other) markets
